The state of Maine has started accepting applications for patients, caregivers  You may download and print the documents

NOTICE Jan 1, 2011 is the deadline to register as a patient or caregiver http://www.maine.gov/dhhs/dlrs

ATTENTION!  Casco Bay Cannabis Cup & Hemp Expo. Patients & Caregivers must have their Patient ID card issued from the state.

Start the application process now in order to make sure you have your card for our expo in febuary. Patients are the judges!
